Profound’s Routeway Programme gathers pace as demand grows.

A busy month in May as the team delivers the routeway programmes.

Working in close collaboration with employers, the unemployed and Working Links, the routeway programme has three key components:

1- Pre-employment training

2- Funding for entry to employment – driver badging, CRB, licence etc

3- Placement into work

Trainer Craig Felton added: “the routeway programme is delivered via our R2R contract and is the vehicle to employment for our unemployed learners”.
