Like all colleges and private providers, June and July proved very challenging to Profound. End of year with profiles to meet, so what did it look like to Profound? A huge success, with over 350 apprenticeships starts in two months. Eighteen months ago, Profound provided one core qualification, now we have over 25 courses within our training portfolio, this outside our popular pre-employment programmes. Starts for apprentices included: Customer Service, Property & Letting, Spectator Safety, Business Admin, BIT and Leadership & Management. Well done to all for fulfilling contract for 10/11.

An added challenge to the team was to ensure all our systems remained robust as we have recently invested in MAYTAS. It was paramount we avoided potential glitches at such an important time.
